Don't expect to speak to anyone except for a secretary if you have any issues. The owner "Does not speak to Tenants". Very dishonest service and read lease agreements VERY carefully.

Years at this apartment complex 1992-2009 Stay as far away from this complex as possible. Since the Morgan Management group has taken over, it has become horrible. They took away the garbage rooms/placed dumpsters in front of apartments (very unsightly and smelly) They allow dogs and the owners do not clean up fido's gifts. The maintenance is all but non existant, We have a community room, but no safe place for the kids to play, and they end up playing in the parking lots and driveways and someone is going to get killed. They raised the rent from $25 to 50 dollars last year and this year they raised my neighbor 40 dollars on an apartment that has not been renovated since 1991 and she is 89 and on a fixed income. She recently had a major leak from the apartment upstairs ruin her carpeting, and they had the nerve to say that they are going to charge her for an upgrade because they had to replace the carpeting. We have lived in our apartment since 1995 and it has never been painted or had any renovation done to it at all, but they keep raising the rent. When it was privately owned this was a great place to live, now we can't wait till our lease is up. Don't move here, you will regret it.
