When I first moved in, it was great. Recently these apartments were bought out by a large company and nothing's been the same since.
They took out our garbage rooms in the basement which was so nice to not have to go outside to empty garbage and put in big ugly dumpsters outside every building. There are TWO of them right outside my bedroom window and the doors to them flap in the wind and make huge banging noises whenever we have a windy day/night. The hallways and stairs hardly ever get cleaned anymore, rent goes up every single year, there is no sound proofing between floors so all I hear every day and night is my neighbor upstairs walking around at all hours, keeping me awake numerous mornings and late nights. I have lost so much sleep living here its unbelievable. If you are going to live here get an upstairs and make sure there are no dogs or birds in your building! Another thing that changed since the new owners- large dogs seem to be allowed no matter what! The barking is ridiculous.
