When I first moved in everything went smoothly, I had no problems with the place whatsoever, but that changed pretty quickly...
They LOVE to charge you late fees even when you pay your rent on time. I received notice in March of 2009 that my rent for January of 2009 was late. This was a $75 charge. I contacted the office to dispute this and demanded that they prove it was late. They refused to provide any proof. Subsequently I refused to pay. The next month I received another $75 late charge as a fee for not paying my original late charge. I contacted them again to fight this and they would not budge. I fought for 4 months and eventually they threatened to take me to court over the late fees so I just paid them (like an idiot) to avoid the hassle. My neighbors have also complained about such events, so it seems as though it's not isolated to just me.
The maintenance people are harassing. My girlfriend who lives with me works odd hours, so if she's at home during normal 9-5 working hours and happens to be out on our balcony the maintenance people will constantly heckle her and yell at her to "get a real job." This is coming from guys that fix toilets for a living.
In November of 2008 I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment after the office was closed. I called the emergency number and they told me that they would get in touch with someone and I would be back in within 15 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I called again. The person on the other end said that they would look into what was going on and call me back. They never did. After an hour I called them back and said "either send somebody right now or I'm climbing the wall of the building and breaking in to my own apartment." The guy on the other end of the phone said "yes, ok, try that and call me back if you get in." They refused to help me any further and I literally had to scale the wall and hop over my own balcony just to get back into my apartment via the sliding glass door. I called back, obviously furious, and was greeted with the same individual congratulating me on getting into my apartment. I left a voicemail on the normal number for the complex in an extremely irate fashion and they called me back the next day very confused because according to the emergency service nothing abnormal happened. They simply told management that I got back in to my apartment before the maintenance people arrived to let me in.
Around December of 2008 there was a broken pipe in the basement of the complex which flooded the entire place until maintenance finally arrived to shut it off. Management denied that the flood even occurred, although you can go into the basement and see that there is water damage almost 2 inches high on the wooden walls of the unit's storage compartments. Once they cleaned up the flood they kept the water shut off in the basement and didn't tell anyone that the washing machines wouldn't be working because of this, so I had to wait 3 days while my laundry sat in the machines covered in detergent. When I complained to management about this they said that if a flood had actually occurred (which it obviously had but they denied) they were under no obligation whatsoever to actually report it to the tenants, but had this flood happened they would have notified us out of courtesy. When I pointed out that everything I had in storage was ruined I was told by the property manager that this is what renters insurance is for.
I've lived here for 15 months and I have a refrigerator that leaks and a toilet that won't flush.
The property manager just tows the corporate line. They won't even accept your rent at the rental office. You have to mail it to a PO Box in Pittsford. I think this helps them falsify when your rent is actually late.
This place is ridiculous. I've never dealt with anything like this.
I've only touched on what I've experienced here. I'm moving out in 2 days. I've had it. If you want to hear more email me.

Um... ok, I used to be employed here, a so-called "toilet fixer" and first of all, we never heckle ANYBODY, never. And if this is what your girlfriend is telling you, then she is lying to you. Perhaps she needs a little attention. Perhaps you should see who she lets in the apartment when you're not around. Secondly, if you knew you could climb the balcony why bother calling the service? Do you think somebody wants to come out and let your dumb ass in when we were/are not getting paid for it? And if you can't pay your rent on time, go to Creek Hill farther into the ghetto boss, it might be more affordable. Maybe you already figured that out. That water leak you speak of, never happened. It was ground water from snow and one of your neighbors, I believe she was in #5 0r #7 unplugged the machines when she tried moving them to get money she dropped behind it. I do agree that things went down hill when Morgan took over, but don't blame it all on the company. The maintenance guys just do what they're told and most of the things they deal with are simple things that you could do yourself but are to stupid to do. You don't like it, go find a place that will fill your heart with joy, wait on you hand and foot and leave your sleazy girlfriend alone. they didn't want you there anyway.

First of all, how DARE you call my fiancee sleazy. That is completely offensive and unnecessary and in completely poor taste. For grammatical correction you should have said "we never heckle anybody EVER." Not "never" because that's a double negative and simply proves my point.
You probably SHOULD call me boss because technically if I live there you're working for me. But you called me boss in a much more douchebaggery sort of way, which I find quite comical. Thanks for the laugh.
I've been there to witness the supposed heckling which you claim has never occurred, so if she's a liar then I am as well.
The most simple-minded response to a lack of support from your supposed a-list maintenance staff is that I SHOULD have climbed my balcony instead of calling the emergency line. And if you're not getting paid for that it's your problem with the ridiculous Morgan management because I certainly have to pay a fee every time that occurs. Basically I think you're lying when you say you don't get paid for it. Someone is on call at all times and they're getting paid for that time whether they do something or not. Which in my case they completely failed to bother doing anything at all.
I've moved out of that place to a much nicer residence that costs a great deal more and has much nicer facilities and actually seems to care about its residents. It's a new experience for me. It fills my heart with joy as much as every toilet you fix does for you.
And trust me, don't act like I can't afford the place. I make a six-figure salary and am a director of software development at an extraordinarly successful company. The reason I lived in the apartment is because when something went wrong I could call upon someone else to fix it while I was busy earning more than minimum wage. Even though these individuals never seemed to show up.
Also, the toilet in the master bedroom doesn't flush. Go fix it. Call upon call to management and nobody came over. It's Laura, it's not you, I get that. She's a horrible property manager. But still, you called my fiancee sleazy, so you can eat one. Swing by my new place so I can rip off your head and defecate down your neck.
I know that the maintenance guys just do what they're told. You have a crappy job and I understand that. Just don't tell my fiancee that she needs to get a job when she works in the evenings and makes $100 an hour.
Also, interestingly enough buddy, you must know who I am because I never mentioned which building I lived in. If this supposed flood never occurred how would you know which building I was talking about? And you knew the apartments that MAY have caused the problem which happened to be right between where I lived. Again, my problem was originally with Morgan, but now it's with you too. We know who we are, so just come out and say it instead of posting anonymously. You don't work there anymore anyway. I ran over to that s-hole today to pick up the last of the things in the apartment and there were migrants painting the edges of the sidewalks in front of the main office. They wouldn't move when I was trying to pull in until I laid on my horn. Fancy joint. Congrats on working there, friend. I'm sure your parents are very proud. Or dead, in which case I'm sure they're shining their divine light upon you in some sort of ironic way that prevents you from achieving a career that is actually fruitful and doesn't involve screwing pipes together until you die cold and alone.
The end result of this is that we both wasted our time tonight. You on trying to challenge somebody intellectual superior to you and me offering assistance at offering said individual assistance understanding basic arithmetic. I'll teach you how to do things as advanced as cross multiplication if you're interested. Also I'll show you how to figure out how many days are in a month using your knuckles (assuming they aren't calloused to the point where it won't work). Just bring a pencil because I know you're going to make a lot of mistakes.
Oh hey, just for fun, why don't you work for Morgan anymore? I'm assuming you've acquired a fantastic Wall Street job unless you specify otherwise. Or maybe you were bad at driving the maintenance golf carts. Was it a DWI? Anything... give me a hint!
