ok place to live Good location...close to city..but not to close.Pricier than I would like...but not crazy.Some other tenants left a lot to be desired...but ownership and on grounds staff were good. Would help if they screened tenants better (lot's of undesirables)

big mistake Management makes the rules up as they go or as they see fit. There is no communication between management and tenants.NONE. Apartments are way overpriced and nothing is included in the rent.Maintenance is understaffed and if your driveway or walkway gets plowed its a miracle. Management

See it yourself buddy ! ! This is a cheap place run by cheap management operated by cheap maintainance. I am making less and working at BJs, I cannot afford to shell more, so I choose to live here. I regretted many times especially during winter, my roof sealing use to drip with water

couldn't agree LESS! Have lived at Webster Park Apartments for almost 6 years. For the most part grounds were kept clean and neat,staff was usually very attentive to my requests. Can't say much about management, but never had any problems.

Undergone fire accident Apt structure was very old. Recently had a fire accident 2 blocks and 4 apts were burned out. Managed by igordon corporation, greedy profit making institution didn't care whether you live or die.Not a Good place for family people. Maintainance folks were unfriendly

Great place to live! I have lived in Heritage Park for the last 3 years and have been very happy! The townhouses are spacious with large rooms and a huge basement for storage. The landlady is excellent and easy to get a hold of. The maintenance is great and is handled very quickly. I recommend

9 years My mom and I lived here happily for the past 9 years. It was affordable and the neighbors were great. The manager was great and whenever we had a problem it was fixed in a timely manner. I recently bought my 1st house and my mom needed 1 floor living which is the only reason we moved.

these are truly luxury apts. The rooms are spacious and every ammenity is available including laundry hook up and garages. Grounds are kept meticulously and the landlord is prompt to take care of any issues. I am happy to call this my home.
