I am one of the affordable housing tenants. Service and attitude are definitely different from those paying full rent.Front door locks are not the safest quality.I have asked three times for my lock to be changed; all that is done is new screws are put in. Can be easily broken into. Extremely poor insulation. Rent has changed three times during this past year even with a signed lease. It is very hard to get answers from management staff about why the increase is happening. The comment received is we can always terminate your lease if you are not happy.Prior to 1999 when the current management company took over the complex, it was a better place to live.Last year (2003), management implemented a "parking sticker system". WHAT A JOKE!!! Never is there a space for me to park in front of my own building because the people in the next building over are parked there.
