Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Don't expect to see the majority of your secutrity deposit back...We left it flawless and got knock big $$$ for stupid little things (dirty windowsills' = $40...What the @%#$ is that'')

It's also hard to pass their approval criteria, they are trying to weed out college students and young starters.
