Poor Service

Poor Customer Service, we moved to another apartment that was almost $300 less and a few square feet bigger and we were greeted with a gift basket and many other nice perks. We were shocked, we said when paying $950 a month for the same type of apartment it was crazy not to receive anything. I guess the free cookies on Wednesdays was Bennington Hills way of saying here is our token of appreciation.

In addition, the apartment's windows were like screen windows even with the window closed. We were forced to put plastic over the insides of our windows to keep the cold wind out in the winter. It was horrible, we spent about $300 a month for a two bedroom apartment to heat the place.

Echo the last person is saying that we got charged for dust on our window sills when we moved out. We left the place spotless and were also charged for a spot on the floor the size of a pen point that we could have easily gotten out if we had seen it.

Overall, the apartments look nice, but they aren't worth the money nor the treatment or the expense.

Oh yeah, try to find a parking space, you might as well park on Lehigh Station Road and walk into the complex.

How about the fact of security, there was a light in our courtyard that was out when we moved in thus we couldn't see our door to open it at night unless we left our light on outside the door (which we paid for in our utilities, thought for safety the complex should have those lights on timer). Anyways, we questioned management and they said the lightbulb was backordered (well it ended up being backordered for 12 months and the day before we moved out it was fixed, talk about rubbing salt in the wound).

Also, for safety reasons, don't get an apartment near the hotel next door, this is the teenage party hotel, where 17-20 year olds get a hotel room drink their asses off and party all night till 4 a.m. We even had a couple of people come to our door ring the doorbell and proceeded to piss outside our door.

The last person who posted said they seem to be forcing college students out, well no offense to college students (as I was one myself not to long ago), but they should force them out, we lived underneath three college guys sharing a two-bedroom apartment and they partied and ran around the apartment like elephants. We complained to the complex manager and they said well that's life living in the bottom floor. I said b-----, these guys are jumped around like jackhammers, it was horrible.

GOOD LUCK, BUT A BIG BUYER BEWARE, DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS IT'S YOUR LAST OPTION.
