Franky I am confused as to the negative reviews of the complex.
Not only is the property well maintained, quiet, safe and comfortable it is extremely well managed - in short everything works as it should.
Driveways are always cleaned & salted first thing in the (early) morning, parking is safe and ample, living spaces clean, comfortable and quiet with updated appliances and fixtures.
Every single one of my numerous encounters with the Bennington Hills staff has been a pleasant & productive experience. From a broken mail box key to locating UPS shipments, from garage rental to standard maintainance issues, Pam and Sue and everyone else went over and above "standard" customer service and resolved each issue in record time.
I highly recommend the property as an excellent choice.
