I have lived there.I have been content to have a roof over my head though.
I haven't had many problems there. Its like some places, "a nice place to visit but I wouldnt want to stay there long."
Its probably not Susan's fault she is only doing her job so I can't blame her, "Remember" Attitude Reflects "Leadership"...and so on and so on.... I really beleive that the problems that Bennington Hills have are related to poor ownership/customer relations. They do not seem to care much about the people, just the money. I dont believe I know of anyone that lived there that got their security deposit back.
On a more kind note. I did feel safe for the most part and it seemed like all the neighbors were kind and friendly. there is a lot to do there for kids accept for a playground, which would be nice.
So its not "all" bad, just would advise you to look else where if you can but its a nice in between place.
