I live there now and believe it or not staff has gotten even worse. The office manager is argumentative and lazy. She uses fear tactics on staff and often scares away residents who do not agree with her. The pot holes are deep enough to break an ankle if you walk at night. New mulch was not put down this year. Trees were not trimmed neatly. Costs keep going up. Office staff was trained to do the life guard duty and are not reliable, closiong early or not opening at all. Maintenance is great, Crockett is very reliable and nice to work with. last winter the maintenance staff was told not to shovel until it stopped snowing - come on this is Rochester! Than won't happen until May. This high snow level caused great difficult navigating into the parking lot to go to work - only to find your car was plowed in. Definetly not worth the extra money. Events are scheduled during the week days when most residents are at work because that is when the office manager wants to work.
