This is one of the more upscale apartment complexes in Rochester, and definitely the nicest place I haved in 4 states. The management staff is super nice and they take care of any issues that are brought to their attention. The complex for the most part is very quiet, and the people that live there are friendly. Each apartment has central air and heat with programmable thermostats. They have private garages if you need it, and supposedly there are plans to build a small grocery store for the tenants. I highly recommend this place if you can afford it.
