The reviewer that stated that they "knew for a fact" that the reviews on here are from employees clearly does not have all the facts!!
I was a very satisfied resident of Erie Station Village until my career took me away to Philadelphia. I would upon a return to the area, not even hessitate to reside at Erie Station.

Phili huh? Tenants in Phili would have your hide in the first week of your employment there, you wouldn't get away with what you pull in Rochester out there my dear. Did I predict they'd get on here right after my reiew and pose as a tenant or what?! Simple people are predictable. They CONTINUE to lie. Now tell me, what tenant is going to go up on this board and write a defense the day after I write a bad review?! The first defense written here was written from a standard letter they use to dumb it down. You see, when greedy builders cut corners and pass the cost on to the tenant above and beyond the very HIGH, overpriced rent...they have to train their yes men how to reply to lots of complaints. Thus, the defense response you just read, written by mgt and professed to be a tenant. If you read my post, you'll recall that I said they used the same response to me over and over. That was it, the defense post you just saw one day after my post. Brilliantly clever eh? The guy who wrote that April is hot? by the way, again, fact...it was her husband who runs the place, he's also a liar and has no spine, I call him nr. one yes man. April is known all over town including the corner post office as a Loni Anderson want to be. The only hot thing about April is her temper. The three explanation marks on her title, "get your facts straight!!!"...that's her yelling. She confuses intimidation with professionalism. Listen up Blondie, these posts of mine?...just the beginning. I am not going to quit until you and your possy make things right with the people you have ripped off and harassed.

This reviewer is CRAZY. I indeed did reside there for not one but THREE years. To answer your absurd and paranoid ranting that i responded the day after you posted your review is simple I am emailed from the review site anytime a posting comes for this property as it is the only one i took time to rate. If you had a bad experience and want to tell the world thats your right! I however did not have a bad experience. I have the same right to post my positive experience! So yes get your facts straight! You can not say you know something for a fact when indeed you DO NOT!!

hi April, nice try. can you do us all a favor honey? Grow up. oh and stop stealing your tenant's money. I was this person's neighbor and I saw what you did because you treated me the same way. Mgt posting their own reviews posing as tenants? Paleeez
