Great place BUT

-Decent place to live
-Your overpriced rent pays for the outstanding maintenance and lawn manicures.
-Forget about getting back your $1300 security deposit.They will find SOMETHING to keep it
-Leasing agents (April and Rene) are warm, but they do what they have to i.e.fleece you
-Walls are paper thin and you hear every bit of noise
-Heating and Electric bills for my 2 bedroom apartment was $80 during periods of very little usage and went upto $320 during the winters. Overall insulation is horrible but maintenance will come and apply sealant to the window sills if you request it. Not like it help too much, but....
-Try it for a year if you extra cash to spare
