My name is Tim Schmid, and I am the Director of Residential Properties for the owners of Erie Station Village. The anonymous post "NOT a great place at all..." contains several fabrications and personal attacks on our staff. The Leasing Manager is NOT married to any employee or relative of any employee of either Erie Station Village or its parent company, Konar Properties. There haven't been any restraining orders brought against any of our residents. Ironically, the poster was told by the local police department never to call or set foot on our property again, after this person threatened to vandalize her apartment and left a message for our Leasing Manager which the local police deemed to be threatening.

Hopefully, statements like this one: "They hire ex convicts to come in and fix your carpet; this guy was two steps below a Walmart employee" will show you the true colors of the person submitting the review. Number one, we don't hire "ex convicts", and two, I'm sure the thousands of Walmart employees in the world appreciate being painted with such a broad and defamatory brush. Stating that our Leasing Manager would probably "Kill him in his sleep" - referring to her husband - should also speak volumes about the author's voracity and level of self-restraint.

Annual Customer Satisfaction surveys conducted by third-party, professional agencies consistently show 98-100% of our residents to be extremely satisfied with all aspects of their experience here at Erie Station Village. We encourage you to call or visit us to form your own impression of the community. Talk to the residents at the pool or walking throughout the community. Do we occasionally fail to please our residents' Yes, we do. But not out of malice, greed or "to massage our egos". We are a legitimate business that is highly respected within our community. Our staff are professional, regular people who do not deserve to be defamed in this manner by a former resident whose perpetually irrational - and sometimes threatening - behavior required police involvement.
