I really love my stay at Erie Station Village.

I have to say that my apartment is very quiet, as I barely ever hear anyone else. I think that they are designed very well, and I just love it. I am moving from a studio to a one bedroom soon, and it is going very smoothly.

My studio has a garage that is included in the rent, and I find that to be very convienent. Not all apartments have them, but mine does.

My heating bill is low, and my electric bill can be a bit high if I watch a lot of TV and use multiple computers, but otherwise it isn't bad.

The staff is very friendly. They both know me by name, and when I had an emergency (needed to pay for surgery) and couldn't make rent for one month, they were totally fine with it, so long as I paid the rent due and the next month when it was due. Super awesome.

My only real complaint (which isn't really a complaint) is that if you move to a new apartment at ESV, the deposit you had on the first one doesn't transfer. You have to pay the deposit, move out and then get it back. Not really a big deal, just a bit of a hassle - but for me, its not worth me even being upset over. It's nothing.

I actually do have one complaint, and that is the rent is a bit high. I am over it though. Maintenence has helped whenever I have had problems (once), and they were very prompt.

Overall I am very happy, and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
