Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived at Riverton for 2 years and absolutely miss it. Great price for a well-kept, spacious, and very suburban-feel apartment.
-maintenance always prompt, courteous, thorough and neat!
-very easy with my pets - no crazy deposits or extra rental fees
-always a place to park! no fighting over spaces or parking far away
-great grounds with trees, lake, ducks! and a nice suburban neighborhood feel!
-easy access to 90, 390, RIT, etc...
-WASHER & DRYER & dishwasher : )
okay, I really do miss it... makes big city living kind of harsh afterwards!
