YOU MUST LIVE HERE After living in other apartments in Rochester, this place is a dream. The staff are all wonderful- friendly, helpful, courteous. They treat you with respect. the apartments are nice, bright and area very clean. Snow removal is great I highly recommend it.

Avoid if Possible These apartments are overpriced. The construction isn't great. The office staff wasn't the easiest to work with (nice, but not well organized). Most importantly, don't expect to get your security deposit back. We left our apartment in very good condition
