Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The leasing office staffs are very rude, not helpful at all. I'm so happy that I don't have to deal with them anymore. The building ventilation is awful. It smells food and smoke from both the HVAC and the dryer in the unit. The maintenance guys come to the unit to check "something" every quarter. One of three elevators breaks down every week. Twice major water leakage/supply failure. Why do you want to move in here'
