I really have high hopes for this apartment when I moved in two years ago. It has a good location, the concierge service is very friendly and the gym adequate. My main complaint would be against the management. They seem not to know a lot about policy. It is either they are incompetent or just stupid. They also need to improve their people skills. Esp. the assistant manager. For non-smokers, this place is not that great either, even on designated non-smoking floors, the smoke is often strong via the air-conditioning system.
