35 Barker is a nice place to start living in WP if you are looking for an affordable place. The studios are being recently renovated but the pergo wood bounces and is done cheaply. The hallways are too dark (except on the first floor) and the halls are generally quiet except a few occasions where people decided to play their music or television too loud. I usually wonder where all the people are but it seems like a mixture of single adults, small families or college kids cramming too many people in an apartment to save money. The super is AMAZING but can often be needed when the elevator breaks time and time again. Yes, there are plus's including a quick walk to the train, city center, the parking (although not free), again the super's quick response and cheap cheap cheap....

I HATE this place...worse place to live...I have been there since Nov 2008 and can't wait to get out of here...WAY to expensive and the staff is HORRIBLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! not worth your money!
