Paint job thruout apt is quite horrible considering the cost of rent. Air pours in thru the heating/ac units. Lied to about visitor parking - There is NONE! Frequent fire alarms. Elevators scare me at times.
Office staff - very helpful, especially Heather and Melissa. Concierges are always helpful and friendly.
Clayton Park provides a shuttle service to the metro north train for $1 per ride. Very convenient for those that work in NYC.
Overall the bldg really tries to make sure that the place is clean and smells nice. Whenever something is wrong, maintenance usually comes right pretty quick, even if they have to come back 2 or 3 times for the same problem - which can be annoying. But, I guess at least their response time is good.
