Clayton Park has an exceptional staff that takes pride in their work. After viewing a number of other rentals and knowing the area extremely well, there was no other option as to where I wanted to move my family. It would make an ideal co-op or condo if management was ever to consider that an option.

You shouldn't post if you don't know the first thing about this building. They were going to go condo, induced many people into moving in, and then decided not to at the last minute. Management showed a disregard for residents and a lack of transparency in their business dealings. Their dealings demonstrated the bad faith in the way they do business. Don't post if you don't know a building!

The new owners canceled the condo conversion the week before the "Grand Opening" -- less than 4% of the existing tenants were willing to pay the exorbitant price they were asking. It might make a good condo, but the apartment management is incompetent. They've had the front of the building torn up all summer. Everyone -- guests, tenants, deliveries, smokers, dog walkers, move in's and outs -- all must go through the tiny lobby in back of the building. They chased out 1/2 of the tenants in advance of the conversion and now seem intent on converting the building to a Pace University dorm just to fill the place up! This building was great when we moved in a couple of years ago -- but I will be extremely happy when we move out at the end of the month!!!
