The previous reviewer must obviously have a multitude of issues. I have lived at Clayton Park for over 9 months and couldn't be happier that I moved here. Both the management and maintenance staffs are fantastic and they are very responsive to me and my fellow residents. They are always ready to assist us in any way they can and they do so with a smile on their faces. The building has never looked better and I fully intend to renew my lease when it expires in 3 months.

I currently live at Clayton park for the past 7 months and I will not be renewing my lease. First of all The apartment is poorly built in my mind i can hear what goes on the the apartments next to me. Im not talking about shouting im talking about alarm clocks going off and the tv. I will say that the maintence staff are good but they have to be with how much the windows leak. The elivators are always having some sort of problems and take forever. The computers in the lounge are useless, you cant even get to netflix or amazon becasue those sites are locked off; and only one of the computers really works anyway. We have a door man but i was locked out of my apartment and they told me I had to call a locksmith noone could let me in "they dont do that anymore" I was told I spent 140$. Parking is overpriced and the apartment is overpriced.
