If you are thinking about buying a condo at what now is Clayton Park, PLEASE think again! I have never met such an incompetent staff in my entire life! It would take me 10 pages to list how many things they have screwed up in the past 6 months and have done nothing but cause stress in my life. I have a full time job, and the last thing I want to do is babysit their staff.
The property is definitely over priced for another thing. They make you pay like the apartment has central air, but all they have are noisy units that don't work half the time. Then there is the paper thin wall, which I have to agree with everyone else that I can here televisions and alarm clocks next door. For a luxurious apartment, this place is far from luxurious, so take your half a million dollars and invest it in a place worth the investment!

I agree with you 100% the staff treats the residents like they are living in government subsidized housing! The A&C/Heat is constantly broken and running up my electric bills! I havent had the wall problem, but my kitchen has been flooded twice and both times I had to do a half @ss job of fixing it!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that had such a horrible experience at Clayton park. My A/C unit flooded and my first apartment smelled like mildew, no action was taken to fix the problem. The fire alarm went off at least 7 times during the year and a half that I lived there, often they went off at 3am. My biggest problem with CP was that the staff, including management, acted as though they were above the tenants. I didn't pay $3,000 a month to put up with their rude, arrogant behavior. CP would be a horrible investment for several reasons. 1) Management/ staff was rude, arrogant, and often goes back on their word. 2) The walls are indeed paper thin, I'll vouch for that. 3) The back of the building borders on drug dealers and other sketchy activities at night. 4) Fire alarms go off at ungodley hours. 5) A/C units are in each room of the apartment and they're all very noisy. Unless these items seem attractive to you in an investment, I would suggest taking your half million and investing it in a more atractive property. If you still feel the need to invest in CP, feel free to chip in the half mil....but you'll be a lot happier if you spend some extra money and send the staff/ management to charm school.
