This place is a joke! You walk into the facade of a nice lobby, which it is, but that is about the only nice thing you will get. The "business" center computers are constantly in disrepair. The elevators are so slow, or broken that I find myself walking down the stairs most of the time. Now that they are converting to condo's I am not quiet sure what the staff in the "leasing" office is doing, but they certainly are NOT attending to resident issues.

The kitchen in my apartment has been flooded twice! They should have cut out the dry wall and replaced it, but instead they just sanding it (and got white dry wall dust all over my kitchen and appliances) and painted over it! The bathtub is constantly clogged (at first I thought this was just my tub, but then I noticed another resident has the same issue) when I am taking a shower the bath tub fills up with water. The AC/Heat units are terrible. The one in the livingroom barely works and the one in the bedroom blasts and its always too hot or too cold.

All the appliances, and materials are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, and now they want us to buy the apts for a price they quoted 8 months ago ... even in todays market. They are dilusional!

The only nice thing about this building is the location!
