Nothing is wrong with the building at all! yes the one and two occasions of loud noises etc. but alot of people are bitter because they could not (a) afford to stay (b) could not afford to buy.. even though now it is no longer a conversion but back to a rental property.
The staff is great! the location is excellent!. the apt have their usual wear and tear.. nothing to cry over..
I Bet the same people who are on apt ratings.com complaining are the same ones who when moving out, leave all kinds of crap in the hall ways and in the garbage shute, even though they know if supposed to go down stairs.. just to be disrespectful to the staff and the current tenants..
I have been living there for just over year, and for right now I have no plans of moving.. Great Place to be...
