Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
The good: Rooms are quiet, front desk staff was good, management was helpful when I needed them, facilities are good and the neighbors are generally decent people, very good location (for WP), relatively secure
The bad: Check your blinds - I tugged on mine and that pulled them out of the plaster - I've heard other similar issues in other rooms
They raised rent a lot at every opportunity (no doubt to cover the failed condo conversion and for renovations)
Bathrooms didn't have fans
Dishwasher quickly broke and never worked well
Lots of fire alarms (literally multiple alarms going off per week) and they were loud and lasted 15 min
