 I lived here before I moved to their other property (I needed a larger apartment). The building is small, quiet and in a fabulous location! The only downside is that they do not have dishwashers. I did hear from an old neighbor ... more

 Just don't, you will regret it. This building is falling apart. The housing department will even tell you to not live here.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
