Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
almost a year living here. The building is not very safe. Maintenance is a mess. The building has very nice amenities, but usually they don't work, i.e computers, jacuzzi, elevators ... Construction is cheap, i can hear my neighbor everytime she is on the phone, i guess she can hear me too. In general i think it is overprice for what you get
