Incompetent Building Management

You know, it's really too bad because this really is a beutiful building. It's just that the management can't get it right. I've lived there for six months and here's what's happened so far.
Showers with no hot water in the morning.
Fire alarms during all hours and then they lock the elevator so you have to walk down the stairs to get out of the building.
Messy hallway areas that aren't cleaned on a regular basis.
Gym equipment that is never repaired.
Pool area that is downright dangerous to use with equipment that never works.
Movie room that never works.
Computers that never work and you can forget about ever wanting to print anything.
A management and support staff that could care less about the buildinig and apperantly hate their jobs.
If you need something repaired, forget about it. They supposedly have a new maintenace number, but it is just an answereing service. Your lucky if someone even picks up.
People who live here can be rude, i.e. slamming their doors at all hours of the day and night.
It's amazing that people who live in this building put up with this crap when you consider how much they are paying. I've lived in the Avalon in New Rochelle and while it is far from being perfect, it makes this place look like a dump.
