nice building but terrible management

It's really a pity because the building is beautiful, nearly new, and in a great location with well-appointed apartments. Mine is on a relatively high floor so I don't have the noise issues others talk about; my bedroom is blissfully quiet, and I haven't had hot water issues.
However the management is another story. They are impossible to reach, vague and indifferent even if you do reach them, and it's like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge anything. There is no recycling on the property which is ILLEGAL, the amenities which they charged $600 extra as a mandatory fee are always broken, the gym is never cleaned, the garage is always leaking and is horrifically narrow to navigate. Security has major holes which they could care less about, and the concierge desk is often empty and the service often reflects the management's pulling teeth attitude.
Top it off with a monstrous rent increase, and this place is close to a thinly veiled scam operation. Like I said, it's really a shame because I actually like the apartment itself and the great location. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
