We've lived here for a year and its so sad. The construction is horrendous. How Cappelli is able to be approved as a contractor is simply illegal. Our unit (as others do) has serious HVAC issues, with the thermostat mounted directly below the vent and with the vents & heater making loud noises that resemble exploding bombs. If you want post-traumatic-stress-syndrome, move here. For the money, its a huge scam. JP Morgan is the owner and they could care less! The city has made a huge mistake "partnering" w/Cappelli because they're building everything new.
