This place has gone from bad to worse. $600 for an annual administrative fee''' It makes sense to stop calling it an amenity fee, since the amenities don't ever work!! BEWARE BEWARE is all I can say. Poor management, poor construction. This place is by far the worst place that I have lived in my lifetime. I am so excited for my lease to end!
