Getting better now

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
I lived in 125 Lake St for last 5 years and have recently moved out. I agree generally with the earlier comments but things are improving over there now. Few good things to consider:
1. garage parking available
2. Rooms are well lit with large windows and ample sunshine during winter (if you are facing the front side).
3. Comparatively cheaper rent.= ($1200 for 1 bedroom).
