Coventry Green was the best choice when we moved in 2005 from a different state to Western NY. The apartments are clean and we were looking for a newer complex and we found it (think it was built in 1999). We lived here for 18 months and were very satisfied. The office held wine parties and cookouts during the summer...maintenence was very nice and helpful.
There were only a few things I can think of that may bother others like occasionally parking was tight and some gym equipment (treadmill) would not work - but this is the life of a renter in an apartment complex. I did not find these things unusual for a complex. We never had noise issues - ever! We had a 2b/2b and the only downside was that the living room was not huge, but it was fine - the master bath is huge and the guest bath was nice size.
If you are looking for an apt. complex, especially if you are not from Western NY I highly recommend these! Staff was helpful even when we were on our honeymoon, they came to our apartment a few times to check on our cat (and the manager was not a cat person)!!!!

I was just wondering if now after some time has past if you are still satisfied with these apartments? How is the noise? Do you often hear your neighbors? My fiance and I are looking to rent and some insight would be very helpful.
