Nightmare on Evans Street

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
I lived there for three years,everthing is pretty old and need to be repaired, In winter you can feel the cold wind in your face.forget your deposit, they charge me most of my deposit, Carpet shampoo $200, remove tape from windows $210,and $400 more for different reasons.what a nightmare
