I have lived here at stonegate for 1 year. this was the best choice in senior apt. living. Quiet, clean, prompt maintanance services, friendly neighbors and a great office staff. The only problem is that the rent is raised on a yearly basis and as a senior on fixed income (ie., pension and social security )I could see a problem
in a few years. Seniors don't get a raise nor can they work overtime or get holiday
pay. I can see raising the rent every 2-3 years but every year is not good on a fixed income.
