worst place to live in buffalo From: miex Date posted: 6/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Everything is just terrible. everyone and everything smells, they treat it like dorms so its always in poor shape. Management does NOT even live in the buildings anymore, they are down the road so good luck getting help with anything. The room itself was ok but every hall smells like garbage and seems to be full of jerks who damage the place and make messes that no one cleans up. Also the construction of the rooms is poor and they don't know how to install fixtures properly, and there have been several times were we could not get hot water. The girl who tries to run the place is an idiot and a ditz; she is never helpful at all
