I was so excited to move in here based on the lies i was told by the leasing staff. The building is shoddily built, the electrical bills are shrouded in a mystery. Know one can adequately explain how the electric is billed & why some tenants have outrageous bills & others who use more electricity have very low bills. For a few months the bills showed no actual wattage or meter usage - you just were suppose to take on faith what they were charging you. Their are numerous leaks, cracks, crappy carpeting, broken ac/heating units that can never be fixed, leaky windows (rain, snow & wind), broken door handles on the front door, kitchen cabinets, the list is endless. This is not luxury living. It looks pretty from a distance but upon closer inspection all is not what it seems. & last but not certainly not least, bldg management enters your apt at whim - without notice. you never know when youre going to be walked in on or come home to things that have mysteriously been moved in your apt.
