I lived at HP for almost a year and I was really excited to move in. At first things were fine, then we started to notice some problems. The walls only have one coat of paint on them so if you try to wipe anything off, the paint goes too. The exercise equipment often has problems. The security cards did not work for months. The worst problem by far is the management! The maintance men will walk into the apartment without permission, we recieved electric bill that were unmetered and very high. But most of all the people in the main office are just rude!! We are looking to move out soon!!
