Bad residents give it a bad name! We love it!

We moved to NYC almost a year ago & after searching for a home, the 11th place (Hudson Park), made the very best impression on us.
After new management took over (9 months ago), a few bugs were/are being worked out & we love it.
Yes, former management made some mistakes & now the new management is still being blamed for it.
I think they are competent people trying to do the right thing.
Give them a chance!
I'd like to respond to the electricity "issues".
We ALL know that we are responsible for certain monthly bills, they're necessities, they don't change.
NY has long been a more expensive place to live, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
If you pay your bills, what's the problem'! Move on! Stop complaining & be an adult.
This a luxury apartment building! If you don't like something, MOVE, and let the the rest of us live in peace!
20% of the residents CAUSE 80% of the problems.
Unfortunately, 1 person posts ignorance on a website but like me & hundreds of other happy Hudson Park tenants, I haven't taken the time to post anything.
Kudos to Hudson Park!
