Very good building and service for a relatively high price.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This building is almost brand new.
It is professionally managed, maintained and cleaned every day.
Location is beautiful, right next to Hudson River.
3 minutes from Metro-North train station.
I really have to think hard to find what to complain about.
The train makes noise since it is right outside the building, the concierge is out after midnight and takes 5 lunch brakes between 5 p.m.
and midnight, the electric bill is a mystery but roughly it is what it should be, considering that electric hit is not included in our rent and it is pricey during winter.
They just opened a restaurant in this complex that makes very bad food and produced lots of garbage that proudly stocked on the side of the road almost in front of the entrance to the building.
Smells and fills like China Town on Hudson.
Shopping is also very limited around here.
Overall, it is a good place to live, but that garbage pile may possibly make me to move out.
