Whoever wrote the last review is crazy. I have lived at Hudson Park for 3 years and I have not had one problem with the electric bill. I control my heat and A/C from the wall units they provide in each room. My bills are perfectly fine. People expect to pay $50 for an electric bill in the winter time. HEllO IS ANYONE HOME' We live in New York and the demand for fuel is at its highest. Do your research. "I'm never home or I have a 4000 square foot home in Connecticut and the bills are not this high." Enough with the excuses. Pay your bill for the Heat YOU USE and stop crying about it. Hudson Park is an awesome place to live. I work in Manhattan and the commute is 25 minutes. Train station is a 1 minute walk from my front door.
