This person obviously must be talking about another apartment building because everyone in this building is complaining about the electric bill. This so called tenant is probably one of management reps. who is trying to spike up their score. BEWARE!!!

Also, last year they had failed to tell some of their tenants about the new construction right next to the E-Building apartment complex. They also failed to tell us in any of the meetings about the new management coming in to take over the apt buildings.
