The funny part is as I am reading these comments, I just called them and they dont have any 1 bedrooms available at the present time. Which means that they have to be doing something right and people enjoy it there. I am moving to NY. Isnt Yonkers supposed to be the next hot spot. I am coming from Miami and all I have heard about is Yonkers from friends.
