I assumed NYrs weren't such a whiney group. I've been here for a few years and it's home to me and my family. No place is perfect, but at least the staff tries to do their best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
The way I remember making the decision to move here didn't involve being blind folded and forced to sign an application. I saw the neighborhood and the coming construction, by simply looking around with my eyes wide open, and then after seeing the buildings, gym, parking and views, I signed the application all by myself. No one forced my signature or pulled money out of my pocket.
Stop whining, move if you don't like it, take some adult responsibility and shut up already!
It's a beautiful place right on the Hudson. I can see the city from my apartment. I can control the heat & AC in my place. It's home!
And I love it!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and it sounds like you are a very bitter person. I'm sure the person you are talking about signed a lease and as easy as you think it is to move out an apartment, you will have to think about the terms of your lease agreement for early termination. Hudson Park have nice staff and it is very clean and upkept apt. building however, the electrical bills are fake. The building doesn't have any meters and the building charge whatever they want on the electrical bills.
