I just moved to Hudson Park from midtown with my girlfriend. We heard about this place on craigslist and never knew that the place even existed. We are paying half the rent that we paid in the city for a bigger and not to mention a brand new apartment. We still work and play in the city. However, it's a lot better coming home to a quiet brand new apartment. The train ride is 25 minutes from grand central. I never thought I would say this but "yeah I live in Yonkers"

I see alot of people complaining about the electricity bill? ( but those are a few years old) is that something that u have a problem with?
