I recently moved into this communty with my wife and everyone has been very friendly.
I'm paying $1800 for a one bedroom apartment plus $125 for an indoor parking spot.
Our budget was $2000 considering we were paying $2800 plus $400 for parking on the Upper East Side.
Trust me we spent 2 months researching the entire Westchester Market.
We have a new-born baby so we spent a lot of time talking to people outside of all the communities to see what they had to say.
It seems that the majority of people outside of Hudson Park were the friendliest compared to other Westchester Buildings.
Some just moved in and some have been here since this place opened.
Since I work in midtown east the commute will be easy for me.
My wife has already made some friends with people in the building.
We are nice people and like to be around nice people.
So the people who are writing negative things about this community I hope you are ex-residents and don't live here anymore.
We don't want to be around people with such negativity.
We haven't had any major problems yet, but if we do then I'm sure it will get taken care of.

I see alot of people complaining about the electricity bill? ( but those are a few years old) is that something that u have a problem with?

Yes, we are scammed with very high electricity bills. Hudson Park is in a deal with the electric company to rob tenants each month.
The above review is what I thought in 2009 but now it is 2011 and it turned out to be noisy, dirty, unsafe, drug dealers, thugs, bullies and very rude management!!! I am moving this month after three years and can honestly say this place is NOT what they try to advertise it as. Check out the surrounding neighborhood where the drug dealers live. They come down and hang out at Hudson Park and trash the place regularly. Do Not Move Here! I am a 3 year tenant and know the facts first hand.

Great place to live...been here about 3 years and love it! Those negative folks....please go away and live elsewhere-if you're so miserable, then leave...peace!!!

I'm guessing the person who keeps posting 5 star reviews of this place and updating positive reviews after each non-flattering review is either the manager or one of the leasing agents. Gina or whatever her name is perhaps?
It's really sad to have to post fake reviews in a dishonest attempt to invalidate the opinions of other people.
If your'e considering this place to rent, take note of these sketchy 4 and 5 star reviews. It lends credibility to the complaints of the management of this apartment complex.

The electric bills are total joke. This whole building is a scam and they change management every month to avoid answering issues raised. Avoid!

This has GOT to be a plant from management.... It's totally true that it's convenient to Manhattan BUT the noise, the cheap construction, the lack of security, the unresponsive management, rude staff...it's not what they advertise it is....and definitely NOT LUXURY! It looks good--if it's daylight AND if you don't look too close!
