The apartment is in a great location, right next to the train station and the river.

The neighbors are friendly, the staff is very helpful, they allow pets, and the building is safe and clean.

Unfortunately, if you're by the boardwalk, if anyone is hanging out late at night (and there are always people), they make a racket.

I've had to call the cops four times since I got here a few months ago, but they respond quickly and the noise makers are gone in five minutes.

But the noise has been a problem ever since they opened according to the neighbors and staff.

The water view is nice, but when the sun sets, you can't see anything from the glare.

The garage has cars tightly compacted as well and you have to do some serious auto-gymnastics to back out of your spot because there isn't enough space to back up all the way without risking hitting another car.

Another thing is you'll have to get a landline if you want to make any phone calls.

The building gets zero cell phone reception, and these were recently built.

If you want to make a call you have to go outside.

It's a nice place to live and the building is well managed, so if your neighbors on the boardwalk and parking isn't a problem, you might like it.

If some of these problems were fixed, particularly if there was someone to sweep the drunks and teenagers from the boardwalk at night, this might be worth the rent.
