I have lived in this area for many years. I have seen this neighborhood down the toilet in the past ten years. I live here only because my apartment is rent controlled. It is a good deal but the neighborhood is not safe.

The superintendent of this building is a complete idiot. The only thing he knows how to do is milk money from you. He is an absolute joke.

It is unfortunate that this building is so close to the Yonkers train station with an easy thirty minute commute to the NYC. Unfortunately this building is located across the street from the projects. So, you can put your imagination to work to tell you what kind of people you will find in this area.

The building is also located half a block from the firehouse. Therefore you can imagine the noise that produces. The summertime also brings the motorcycles and more drug dealers and users out in the open. This is not a place you would want to live, especially if you like your safety and family!
