I have lived in the building for over 4 years and am excited about renewing my lease. Last month the building changed ownership and a new management company was brought in. In just a few short weeks it has become apparent that the new owners intend to revitalize the property to make it the first class, luxury property it once was. Although we have been told there will be extensive renovations to the building, in the interim much needed steps have been taken. The common areas have all been thoroughly cleaned and repainted where necessary. A new a/c system was put in the gym and the mens and ladies locker rooms are being upgraded. The concierge staff has been changed and the new team is friendly and professional. The new management team is also much improved. The on-site leasing person is knowledgeable and accommodating and the property management staff is responsive and courteous. It is now a pleasure to come home to River Hill Tower.

I live there too. And unfortunately I can only agree with you on one thing: The concierge staff has been changed. I havent seen any improvement or upgrades. I remember seeing a sign about doing something to the laundry room floors, but they seem exactly the same to me.

I think this review was written by the new owners. Sounds like it was written by a realtor or a brochure writer. None of it true, except as noted above....the concierge staff was replaced.
